NGC 7716 (also IRAS 23339+0001, MCG 0-60-19, UGC 12702 and PGC 71883) is a magnitude +12.1 barred spiral galaxy located 118 million light-years away in the constellation Pisces.
The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflecting telescope at Windsor Road in Slough, Berkshire, on the 6th September 1831.
