NGC 7148 is a magnitude +13.6 double star located in the constellation Pegasus.

The double star was discovered by German-Danish astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 Merz-Refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 15th September 1865.

Right Ascension 21h 52m 08.4s, Declination +03° 20' 31"
