NGC 32 (also GC 16) is a magnitude +13.5 optical double star located 400(?) light-years away in the constellation Pegasus.
Some sources classify NGC 32 as a double star; the second component is a slightly fainter neighbouring star.
The asterism was discovered by German astronomer Johann Friedrich Julius Schmidt using a 15.75 cm (6.2 inch) f/15 Ploessl refractor at the Athens Observatory on the 10th October 1861.

Right Ascension 00h 10m 53.2s, Declination +18° 47' 46"

NGC 32 is a G7 yellow dwarf star in the constellation Pegasus.
