NGC 354 (also IRAS 15296+4036, MCG 7-32-21, UGC 9884 and PGC 3763) is a magnitude +13.5 spiral galaxy located 119 million light-years away in the constellation Pisces.
The galaxy was discovered by French astronomer Edouard Stephan using a 80.01 cm (31.5 inch) reflecting telescope at the Marseille Observatory on the 24th October 1881.
