NGC 6359 (also MCG 10-25-1, UGC 10804 and PGC 60025) is a magnitude +12.6 elliptical galaxy located 136 million light-years away in the constellation Draco.
The galaxy was discovered by German-Danish astronomer Heinrich Louis d'Arrest using a 27.94 cm (11 inch) f/17.5 Merz-Refractor at the Copenhagen Observatory on the 27th October 1861.
