NGC 7525 (also MK 316, IRAS 23111+1344 and PGC 70731) is a pair of galaxies in the constellation Pegasus.
NGC 7525-1 is a magnitude +14.2 elliptical galaxy located 564 million light-years away. NGC 7525-2 is a magnitude +15.4 spiral galaxy located 549 million light-years away.
NGC 7525 was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector at William Lassell's Tigné Point observatory in Sliema, Malta on the 3rd November 1864.
