NGC 3449 (also ESO 376-25, IRAS 10505-3240, MCG -5-26-10 and PGC 32666) is a magnitude +11.7 barred spiral galaxy located 150 million light-years away in the constellation Antlia.

The galaxy was discovered by British astronomer John Herschel using a 47.5 cm (18.7 inch) f/13 speculum reflector at the Cape of Good Hope on the 29th April 1834.

The galaxy hosted supernova 2012bu.

Right Ascension 10h 52m 53.8s, Declination -32° 55' 40"
