NGC 6898 (MCG -2-52-2, IRAS20183-1231, PGC 64517) is a +13.1 magnitude spiral galaxy located 264 million light-years away in the constellation Capricornus.
The galaxy was discovered by German astronomer Albert Marth using a 121.92 cm (48 inch) reflector in Malta on the 28th June 1863.
