According to the recent study, researchers say that theres a 90 percent chance that a neighbouring star will be approaching towards our Solar system in approximately next half million years. This star, known as Hipparcos 85605, is a stellar dwarf and is presently 16 light years away from our solar system, and it could come as near as 0.13 light years away

HIP 85605 is a star in the constellation Hercules with a visual apparent magnitude of 11.03. It may be a M dwarf or K-type main-sequence star potentially 1828 light-years (5.68.5 parsecs) from the Sun.
