The small Sunspot 10858 is nearly halfway across the solar disc from the eastern limb.
It has no penumbra.

A solar wind is blasting the Earth's magnetic field today so there may be aurora activity tonight.

The sun is relatively sunspot clear today.
Apart from two tiny sunspots (858) that appeared near the top centre.
