The Richland Astronomy Society at Warren Rupp Observatory is opening a new public education building. A grand opening is set for 8 p.m. July 9 at the observatory, 5127 Possum Run Road. Read more __________________

Observatory will have open house tonight Warren Rupp Observatory, at the Hidden Hollow Campground, will have an open house at 8 tonight. The 31-inch telescope will be available for stargazing. Hidden Hollow is at 5127 Possum Run Road, about 5 miles south of Snow Trails. Read more __________________

Visitors have an opportunity to see the universe Saturday, Nov. 1 at the Warren Rupp Observatory. The excitement of staring into space to visit the galaxies, black holes, stars, planets or the solar system is something that can be shared by the entire family at no charge. Public nights are held on the first Saturday of the month, March through November. Read more __________________
