The round steel object, with a 7.5-meter diameter and with the number 02728 on it, that fell from the sky in Buren soum of Tuv province on February 19 was most possibly a dead satellite, according to experts in the team who brought it to Ulaanbaatar on Tuesday. Two unknown disk shape objects crash to the ground on 19 February, 2010. near the Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar. One is smaller, about 10 kg and the another is huge, approximately 2 tons. There has been reports that maybe it was a piece of space junk, or a Chinese missile test gone wrong. Read more
