The fireball was seen over Hungary around 23:25 local time (22:25 UT), February 28, 2010.
The meteor was also observed from Southern Poland and Slovakia.

Huge #fireball sighting over Hungary

Half an hour before midnight on Sunday the mysterious body was seen throughout  Hungary. Observers from more than one county saw the object. The experts are not yet certain as to the explanation of the phenomenon, but is likely to involve a meteor burning up over the country.
